Sign in with your TPL barcode (When I set my account up, I gave myself a 21 day check out period because I need the extra time to read my books. If you finish before the 21 days, you can return early).
You can search for titles by using the search feature, or you can browse using any of the subject headings.
Once you have found a book you would like to read, click on the “Borrow” button and follow the directions for check out (Download Adobe EPUB eBook or Adobe PDF eBook for iPad or nook, and Kindle Book for Kindle). If you have never downloaded a book for your iPad before you will need to set up an Adobe account for yourself. If you are using a kindle, you will be directed to Amazon and you will download if from there just like you do for the books you purchase from Amazon. If the button says “Place a Hold” you will need to follow those directions and wait for an e-mail telling you the book is ready for check out.
If you are still struggling, take your device to TPL and someone there can help you – or bring it to Mrs. Isaac and have her help you.
