Battle of the Books:
Every year students, teachers and librarians from THS, AHS and IAE select the ten best books of that year. Multiple copies of each title are made available for student check out throughout the school year. Students submit book reviews for the titles they read and earn raffle tickets good for the prizes on display in the media center. On May 16 we will Zoom with authors of nominated titles, hold an EPIC trivia contest and find out whose names are drawn for the prize packages.

Ready to review your book? Use this LINK. Every review will earn you TWO raffle tickets and you will earn a BONUS 5 tickets when you reach reviews #4, 7 and 10. PLUS 10 reviews will get you a small prize package and you will be invited to the ice cream sundae party on the day of the event in May. The top FOUR English classes for submitting reviews will be invited to come cheer on the trivia team, and eat pizza and ice cream.

Book Discussion GroupJoin us as we discuss books and all things book related. We meet the last Friday that we have school each month, after school in the media center. See Mrs. Isaac for more information.
Your Media CenterWe are more than a place to find great books! We have charging ports, laptops, earbuds, headphones, cameras, Apple charging cords, and graphing calculators to check out. We also have poster board for $1 per sheet and free construction paper and butcher paper plus a die-cut machine. The office supply table has tape, staplers, scissors, rulers, glue sticks, notecards, lined and white paper, markers and colored pencils. If there is something you think we should add to this list, let us know!
